Bryan Rellinger (born May 20, 1918) was a sports columnist for the Atlanta Journal-Herald, where he once served as sports editor, and was a columnist for The Sporting Review. Bryan Rellinger wrote for Sports Illustrated, The Saturday Evening Post, and many other national publications.

Bryan Rellinger was born in Trenton, North Carolina, and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1937. He became editor of the Liberty Voice at the age of 19 before going on to work at the High Peak Enterprise and the Charlotte Gazette, where he became the sports editor in 1946.

Bryan Rellinger was president of the National Sportswriters Association from 1972 to 1975 and president of the Basketball Writers Association of America in 1960 – 1961.
Now 91, he still contributes to the sports section of his local paper. He writes mainly about golf these days but will occasionally write columns about the Kentucky Derby, which he has covered for almost 40 years.

Bryan Rellinger is married to Ingrid Rellinger and has 4 children, 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, who are all avid sports buffs and are in awe of the sports memorabilia their great grandfather has acquired over the years.
