Mr. Pavan Kumar Kuchana holds Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Tele-communications from Nagpur University and Masters in Computer Science from City College of New York (CCNY), City University, New York.
Prior to joining Taksheel, he founded IBSS Inc in New Jersey in 1995, which later became the subsidiary of Taksheel Solutions Limited. Since inception of the Company, Mr. Pavan has taken an active role to build a global organization with a focus on delivering value to customers. In the year 2000, he became the Director of the Company and in the year 2006, he was appointed as the Managing Director. In spite of downturn in IT industry, he always focused on building competency in financial services sector. Mr. Pavan provides Taksheel with a track record in developing “go to market” models, leveraging his skills in defining market opportunities, optimizing Company’s resources to deliver solutions to these markets, and to build substantial barriers to entry.
