CELLULAR SALES, the largest authorized retailer of Verizon Wireless products and services, launched its new website, CellularSales.com on November 19 with a sales and customer service model that could revolutionize the cellular industry.
The website of Cellular Sales launches in Knoxville in December and nationwide in January. Cellular Sale’s company, which has 210 locations and about 20 more under development, was founded in Knoxville.
And while personalized delivery is a big part of the marketing campaign for the website, Cellular Sales also hopes its no-wait pick-up option will also garner a lot of attention. Customers can shop for their phone and plan at CellularSales.com and have everything ready for pick-up at a nearby store, if they wish.
It may sound like customer service from the 1950s but it is here today at Cellular Sales. So when customers order a phone through the Cellular Sales website, they should expect to see a Cellular Sales mobile expert at their doors delivering their phones and demonstrating all its features.
“We don’t offer online-only service,” said Snyder. “The vast majority of cellular customers need expert assistance with their device. If the carriers could effectively sell handsets through vending machines, they would, but they don’t because consumers need help with these exciting and often complex new communications devices.”
