It was at the University of Texas of Arlington where Eric Youn was able to obtain his Doctorate of Philosophy in Social Work Degree with his dissertation entitled: “The Effectiveness of a Virtual Learning Environment on Student Learning about Clinical Skills.”

In addition, Eric Youn also acquired his Masters of Science in Social Work Degree at the University of Texas of Arlington with a Dual Concentration in Community Planning and Administrative Practice. Mr Youn received his Bachelor’s Degree in English at the University of Houston.

The beginning of Eric Youn teaching experience started with Research Methods in Social Work at the University of Texas in Arlington. As an adjunct professor Eric was also chosen to handle Human Behavior and Diverse Populations, Generalist Micro Practice and Technology in Social Work Practice. Apart from that, Youn was also selected to be an adjunct professor teaching Generalist Practice with Diverse Populations at Texas Christian University Department of Social Work.

The University of Hawaii at Manoa School of Social Work assigned Eric Youn to a number of academic appointments which include Introduction to the Scientific Method, Research Principles in Social Work, Direct Practice with Children and Families and Human Behavior in the Social Environment II.
